I had bespoke clothing made by tailors in Hong Kong, Bangkok and Mumbai. I’ve been delighted with Oceans Eleven clothing. I enjoy the attention to their seams, button holes, and collars the quality of their fabrics and their designs are inventive. Each and every time I wear their clothing I get complements. Last weekend in Asheville, North Carolina my wife and I had a date night and we had fun counting compliments as we strolled around - 24 in all and I’m a 78 year old guy!
But their story doesn’t just deserve high praise for design and quality their customer service I discovered is just as remarkable. I inadvertently ordered a number of shirts that were too large, entirely my fault. I certainly wasn’t seeking or expecting the personal experience or generous and trouble free resolution I received. I used to tell my people that a happy customer generated a hundredfold customer base - the converse also is true. Their “Eleven Out of Ten” philosophy is absolutely genuine in an era when exaggerated claims have become routine. Their service is unparalleled - they are the “real deal” in every way!
As a cat person and lover of excellent red wine, I wanted a Christmas sweater that blended the two. This sweater is perfect. Billed as an “ugly” sweater, I think it’s very cute!
Eleven oasis was fantastic when I realized I had purchased the wrong size. The shirt came and fit as expected. Sizes to run slightly bigger than anticipated. The style look was great and the customer service was excellent We went for the door.
