Why such a rating? The eleven out of ten stars is not an exaggeration from me. I was a senior executive for the world’s largest hospitality company before I retired. I had bespoke clothing made by tailors in Hong Kong, Bangkok and Mumbai. I’ve been delighted with Oceans Eleven clothing. I enjoy the attention to their seams, button holes, and collars the quality of their fabrics and their designs are inventive. Each and every time I wear their clothing I get complements. Last weekend in Asheville, North Carolina my wife and I had a date night and we had fun counting compliments as we strolled around - 24 in all and I’m a 78 year old guy!
But their story doesn’t just deserve high praise for design and quality their customer service I discovered is just as remarkable. I inadvertently ordered a number of shirts that were too large, entirely my fault. I certainly wasn’t seeking or expecting the personal experience or generous and trouble free resolution I received. I used to tell my people that a happy customer generated a hundredfold customer base - the converse also is true. Their “Eleven Out of Ten” philosophy is absolutely genuine in an era when exaggerated claims have become routine. Their service is unparalleled - they are the “real deal” in every way!

It’s always sketch when u buy on instagram. These shirts look great and I loved the pricing. When I received the merch the items were to small I ordered a 3xl it fit like a 2xl. So with my wife’s advise I reached out and told them the issue they immediately responded via email and informed me what size I need and they quikly responded with “the new size is in the mail and keep what u have we’ll pay for shipping as well. As someone who's big and tall, finding clothes that are both stylish and properly fitting can be a real challenge. So many options for larger sizes sacrifice style for fit. Eleven Oasis nailed both. The shirts fit well without feeling like an afterthought design-wise.
The fabric is genuinely comfortable, the kind you don't think twice about wearing all day. I've also put them through repeated washes and they've held up well, with no noticeable wear, stretching, or fading.
I've already bought more than once and plan to keep doing so. Solid quality, solid fit, highly recommend if you're tired of the usual big and tall compromises.
