🕶️ Sunglasses Shipping Restriction
Sunglasses ship via Standard Shipping only (typically 8–10 business days). Due to customs regulations classifying sunglasses as optical devices, express shipping is not available for these items—no exceptions.
If your order includes both sunglasses and other items, your entire order will ship via Standard Shipping.

All Express Shipping orders—whether free or paid—may require customs duties or taxes upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Duties/taxes may apply when your package clears customs
- You may be asked to provide additional documentation
- Payment is required before delivery can be completed
- We cannot pay duties on your behalf, but we’re happy to assist where possible

At checkout, customers may choose to add optional shipping insurance (Worry Free Purchase) to their order for an additional fee. This insurance provides added protection against certain shipping issues once your order has been dispatched.

Coverage begins once your order is shipped and a tracking number is created, and remains valid for up to 90 days from dispatch.
If an insured order experiences a covered issue, claims must be submitted directly through the shipping insurance provider’s resolution center:

Claims can also be accessed via your order tracking page or the insurance confirmation email sent after purchase. Approved claims are typically processed within 2 business days.

📬 Address Accuracy
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in your package being returned and delay delivery. Please ensure accuracy before submitting your order.
❓ Lost Shipment Policy
If your order was not insured and tracking shows your package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund in accordance with our standard policies.
If your order included shipping insurance, lost or damaged shipments must be claimed through the shipping insurance claims portal: https://resolve.seel.com/17track
🚫 Failed Delivery Policy
- If delivery fails, the carrier will contact you
- Follow rescheduling instructions sent by email
- If no response within 5 business days:
- Your package will be returned
